How to make
Sift the flour into a bowl. Dissolve the yeast in the cool water, add the sugar and 1 tbsp flour. Leave it to rise.
Add the risen yeast to the rest of the flour. Add the oil and salt and knead a soft dough. Leave the dough in a warm area to double in volume.
Make the topping by mixing all the ingredients for it, excluding the paprika. Divide up the dough into 7 balls. Roll out each ball into a thin sheet.
Arrange the pitas in a tray laid out with baking paper. Smear them with the topping on top. Sprinkle some of them with paprika.
Bake in a moderate oven until ready.
