How to make
Heat the oil in a pan. Cut the tomatoes into circles of 1/2″ (1 cm) thickness. Fry them on one side, flip to the other side, put feta cheese on them - 1 slice with a thickness of about 3/16 (1/2 cm) on each slice of tomato.
Fry to readiness and if desired, sprinkle with basil or oregano.
