How to make
Take 2 large pieces of aluminum foil. Put 1-2 slices of onion, tomato, and a feta cheese block (about 5.5 oz (150 g) each) in each foil. Mix the breadcrumbs, curry and basil together into a paste with a few drops of oil.
Smear the feta cheese blocks with this mixture, place a small knob of butter and wrap the foil well. Put the wrapped foils to bake in the oven or on the grill.
Serve the grilled feta cheese with the aluminum foil opened.
