Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 1, large
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • butter
  • oregano

How to make

Smear the bottom of the clay pot with a little butter. Arrange a layer of chopped tomato, layer of feta cheese, layer of cheese.

Sprinkle with a little oregano and make it spicy if desired, then continue arranging until out of ingredients. Finish off with cheese and spices again at the very top.

Bake at 480°F (250 °C) about 25-30 min., then take the lid off the clay pot and finish baking another 2-3 min. until the cheese gains a nice crisp.
