Cut the vegetables into pieces. Heat oil in a saucepan and put the onions, then the peppers in to be lightly braised. Prepare 4 clay pots and distribute the feta cheese, fried vegetables, and chopped tomatoes (1 each in a pot) in them, season them with spices and add a little of the oil from the fried vegetables.
Prepare a topping from the eggs, flour and milk. Salt it and pour it over the clay pots. Close their lids and bake on high heat until the topping hardens. Serve with a salad of beetroot as a garnish and slices of brown bread.
