Ingredients

  • veal - 11 oz (300 g) - 14 oz (400 g)
  • mushrooms - 14 oz (400 g)
  • chillies - 4, small and green
  • peppers - 1 red and 2 green on - large
  • cheeses - 11 oz (300 g)
  • tomatoes - 13.5 fl oz (400 ml) juice
  • garlic - 8 cloves
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • oil - for choking
  • parsley - 1 bunch

How to make

The products are sufficient for 4 servings. Heat some olive oil in a pan, chop the beef into pieces and put it in to stew. Pour in a little olive oil in every pot.

Cut the cheese into 4 equal pieces and place them at the bottom of the pottery. Chop the mushrooms, peppers, garlic finely and pour them into the clay pots.

Add the veal and 1 hot pepper, then stir gently. In every pot pour 2/5 cup (100 ml) tomato juice, flavored with spices and parsley, cover and put in to bake.
