How to make
Cut the meat into pieces, salt them, add a little water and put in a moderate oven to cook until meat softens.
Add the chopped into slices onions, roundly sliced peppers, diced eggplant, roundly sliced tomatoes and slightly boiled broad beans, green beans and paprika.
Stir well, add the lard and bake in a moderate oven until the products soften a bit.
Then add the chopped into slices potatoes, pour in 1 cup warm water and bake until the clay pot is left in just oil.
Serve sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
