Ingredients

  • pork - 21 oz (600 g) deboned
  • lard - 1/2 cup or oil
  • onions - 4 heads
  • peppers - 6 - 7
  • eggplants - 1
  • green beans - 1 cup
  • okra - 1 cup (250 g)
  • tomatoes - 2 - 3
  • broad beans - 1 cup (250 g)
  • potatoes - 5 - 6
  • paprika
  • salt
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch

How to make

Cut the meat into pieces, salt them, add a little water and put in a moderate oven to cook until meat softens.
