How to make
Heat up the oil, braise the finely chopped onion. Add the mince and stir until it breaks apart into crumbs.
Drain the mushrooms and add them to the mince. Season with a little oil, black pepper and oregano.
Fry until they're left in oil, add the paprika and take off the stove, while stirring, to prevent burning.
Distribute the mixture into 2 clay pots. Make a topping of beaten the eggs with the milk.
Pour it into the 2 clay pots and bake in a 390°F (200 °C) oven for 20 min. Serve with fresh parsley.
