How to make
Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped the onion and garlic. Once they soften, add the chopped roasted red peppers and fry them.
Season with salt and black pepper and add a grated tomato. Stir and transfer the food into a guvec that is greased with oil.
Crumble the white cheese on top and crack one egg. Bake it in a non preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) with the fan on for 20 minutes.
Serve the dish warm sprinkled with a pinch of paprika and hot pepper. Enjoy your meal!
