How to make
Put the yeast in part of the water, heated beforehand.
Combine the 2 kinds of flour and sesame, add the salt, water with yeast, the rest of the water and knead a soft dough.
Leave it to rise until doubled in volume. Add the feta cheese. Form balls and leave them in a warm area for about 30 min. again.
Put them in an oven dish and bake at 390°F (200 °C) for about 15 min. Then lower the heat to 360°F (180 °C) and bake finished.
