How to make
Cut the meat into thin strips and put it in a glass oven dish or deep clay container.
Mix all of the ingredients, excluding the olive oil, and pour them over the meat, stir and let it marinate for 30 min.
Heat the olive oil in a wok or other pan and briefly braise the meat on high heat - stir constantly to prevent it from burning and ending up dry.
Serve the meat with a garnish of lettuce salad or cabbage with lemon juice.
