How to make
Wash the caviar very thoroughly and salt it.
Leave it in the fridge, up to 1 day is fine, to season a bit and take in the salt better.
Take it out and flour it well, then leave it to sit a bit with the flour.
Fry in a pan with extra amounts of oil, cover with a lid because it pops and there's a risk of burning yourself.
Serve with decorations of cucumber rosettes.
