How to make
The carp is cleaned from the scales and entrails, the fins and the head are removed (you can use it for fish soup), cut it into 0.6″ (1.5 cm) slices and season it with salt and black pepper.
Each slice is nicely dipped in flour, the excess is beaten off of it and fried in hot oil. Set the fried fish aside.
Grind the tomatoes, fry the onion and garlic in a deep pan, add the tomatoes and cook until the liquid evaporates, add the spices and remove it from the heat.
Arrange the fish in a suitable baking pan, pour the tomato sauce over it and bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 430°F (220 degrees).
The fried carp with tomato sauce is ready.
