How to make
Wash and peel (optionally) the tomatoes and grate them directly into a large pan or saucepan.
Add a little oil and fry until it's done. Once the mixture is ready, remove it from the heat.
Peel, wash and grate the garlic and add it to the hot tomato sauce and add as much salt as you like.
Pour it into a plate and cut a little parsley on top of each plate, but without stirring.
