How to make

The tortellini are boiled in salted water. They are taken out and strained from the water.

Heat the olive oil in a deep frying pan and fry the sliced ​​garlic in it. The tomatoes are blended (canned ones can also be used) and put them in the pan as well.

Add as much salt as you like and a little sugar to soften the sour taste of the tomatoes.

After the water has evaporated, add the finely chopped fresh basil.

As soon as the sauce thickens, drop the tortellini into it and remove the pan from the heat.
