How to make
Oven - 200-220°C; Glass baking dish - about - 12x8″ (30x20 cm).
In a large bowl, mix the canned tomatoes, water, olive oil, basil, oregano, garlic, mashed or very finely chopped, salt, black pepper and add fusilli. Mix.
The entire mixture is poured into the baking dish and it is leveled out. Thinly sliced circles of fresh tomato are placed on top. Bake at 430°F (220°C) for about 30-40 minutes.
After the fusilli are ready, each serving is sprinkled with grated parmesan or left in a bowl on the table and everyone can add to their portion with a spoon.
Note: Fusilli are not boiled in advance!
An exceptional recipe for those who love fast, lean and delicious Italian dishes.
Even while preparing this recipe, a wonderful aroma can be sensed. I highly recommend it, but sprinkled with parmesan.
I also added pepperoncino for a stronger and more pleasant taste, but don't overdo it because it is a very hot spice.
I invited four friends today and they were pleasantly surprised. I also added a glass of nice red Italian wine.
