How to make

The peppers are roasted and then peeled. To make it easier to remove the skin, it is best to put the peppers in a pot with a lid and stew them after roasting.

The peeled peppers are sprinkled with salt, rolled in flour and fried in heated oil.

For the sauce, clean the onion and garlic, finely chop it and stew it in heated fat. Once they soften, add the chopped fresh or canned tomatoes.

Season the sauce with salt and black pepper. A pinch of sugar can be added to kill the acidity of the tomatoes.

You can also add a spoonful of sifted flour to thicken the sauce.

Finally, add chopped fresh basil.

The fried roasted peppers are served with the prepared tomato sauce.

The fried roasted roasted peppers with tomato sauce are ready.
