  • peppers - 9, red
  • tomatoes - 4, medium - well ripened
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Roast the peppers, peel them and salt on the inside.

Braise them in the butter 1 min. on all sides.

Grate the tomatoes and braise them 3-4 min. in the butter from the peppers, along with the mashed and chopped garlic.

Add the sugar, salt and black pepper.

Arrange the peppers in a suitable plate and pour on the tomatoes.
