"A friend told us that beer neutralizes fried food, which is why we intend to garnish this fried caviar with loooots of beer."

Ingredients

  • caviar - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • eggs - 2, large
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • curry - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Salt the caviar and season it with a little nutmeg and curry, having cut it into smaller pieces beforehand, if necessary.

Dip each piece of caviar successively in beaten eggs, breadcrumbs and eggs again and put to fry to a nice brown color in preheated oil.

Remove when ready and drain it on paper towels.
