How to cook
The cleaned, washed and cut fish is seasoned with salt and black pepper. Leave it for 15-20 minutes and then transfer it into a suitable container and pour the juice from the two lemons - leave it for another 15 minutes.
The three types of flour are sifted, add the salt, black pepper, garlic powder and everything is mixed well.
Heat the oil (about one finger) in a wide pan with a thick bottom.
Each piece of carp is nicely rolled in corn flour and fried, until it aquires a golden color on both sides.
The pieces of fish are taken out and placed onto kitchen paper to drain off the excess fat.
