How to make
Clean and wash the chicken livers and arrange them in a tray. Season them with a little salt.
Then, subsequently arrange the following on top: strips of mushrooms, strips of carrots (can use a peeler to make it easier) and onion crescents.
Season with salt, black pepper and savory, pour on the beer and oil.
Cover with foil and bake at 430°F (220 °C) for 30 min., then remove the foil and bake until ready.
