  • mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • carrots - 2
  • onions - 2 heads
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • beer - 1/2 cup
  • salt

How to make

Clean and wash the chicken livers and arrange them in a tray. Season them with a little salt.
