How to make
Put the quinoa to cook in the milk with a pinch of salt. Boil over moderate heat so that the liquid does not boil or evaporate quickly.
When it's ready, grate the chocolate inside (you can keep some of it for sprinkling at the end), add the spoonful of cocoa and stir on low heat for 2 minutes. Sweeten to taste with honey or agave syrup if desired.
Pour it into bowls and garnish it with the fruit.
