How to make
The pre-washed bulgur is poured with cold water and a pinch of salt and it is placed to boil over high heat.
Once the water boils, reduce the heat and boil the porridge for another 15-20 minutes, by stirring occasionally with a spoon.
If the water evaporated and the bulgur has not yet softened, additional boiling water can be added.
At the end, add butter and white cheese.
If you prefer a sweet porridge, after it cools you can add as much honey as you like.
