How to make
The quinoa is washed very well in a sieve under cold running water. Then transfer it into a bowl and pour water over it and make sure the water is 2-3 fingers above the quinoa. Leave it to soak for between 12 and 24 hours.
Then rinse it again with water and boil it with a little salt like rice - one part quinoa to two parts water. Once it boils, let it simmer for 15 minutes and remove it from the heat.
Add as much sugar as you like, the butter and optionally crushed unsalted white cheese. Cover it with a lid for 10 minutes. Then check the temperature of the porridge and if it is cool enough it can be consumed.
Note: Quinoa is very healthy. It contains many vitamins, essential amino acids, but it is difficult to digest. That is why it is dietary. It is recommended for consumption by children that are over 1 year old. It does not replace a varied diet.
