  • carrots - 1/2 pcs.
  • toasted flour - 2 - 3 tbsp.
  • butter - 1 tsp.
  • water - 4/5 cup (200 ml)

How to make

Toast the flour in a dry pan, until a pleasant golden color is obtained.

Boil the water with a pinch of salt and pour the toasted flour dissolved in a little cold water to it, by stirring continuously for about 2 minutes.

Boil the carrot and liquidize it.
