Ingredients

  • barley flour - 2 tbsp.
  • milk - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • salt - a pinch
  • butter - as much as a walnut

How to make

Heat the milk. Melt the butter in it. Add as much salt as you like.

Pour the milk into the flour in a thin stream and stir vigorously, so that it does not form lumps.
