"Delight your little ones with delicious homemade spelt biscuits!"

Ingredients

  • spelt flour - 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • wheat flour - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • brown sugar - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • butter - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • eggs - 2
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • vanilla - 1 powder or essence 1 tsp.
  • water - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Delicious and healthy spelt biscuits, try them!

Pour all the dry ingredients into a deep bowl and mix.

The butter should be at room temperature beforehand, and if you are taking it out of the fridge now, you can melt it in a water bath before adding it.

After adding the butter, add the eggs and water and knead a soft dough.

Prepare a large tray lined with baking paper.

Form balls with floured hands and arrange them on the tray.

Then, using a kitchen fork, press down the balls to form the biscuits for babies.

Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) with a fan until golden (10-15min).

20 crumbly biscuits are obtained.
