How to make
Combine the rice flour (or buckwheat flour, if you prefer) with the apple puree, made of cooked and pureed apples.
Stir to a smooth consistency and add water to knead a hard dough.
Divide into small balls and roll out into a salami, not too thin.
Slice the dough to form round biscuits.
Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and bake for about 20 minutes.
You can use pears, carrots or parsnips instead of apples, if you wish.
