  • water - 3.4 fl oz (100 ml)
  • olive oil - 2.7 fl oz (80 ml)

How to make

For these homemade cracker sticks, sift the einkorn flour. Make a well and pour the olive oil and water into it.

Start stirring gently, using a fork at the beginning and towards the end knead with your hands.

The result is a soft dough that should not stick to your fingers. If so, add some more flour.

Divide the dough into several smaller pieces. That way it is much easier to work with.

Roll out every part into a thin sheet and cut it into strips.

Prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Arrange the twisted strips in it and make sure to twist them several times.
