  • quinoa - 10.5 oz (300 g)

  • raisins - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • milk - 1 cup
  • brown sugar - 3 tbsp. (optiona)
  • cinnamon - 1 pinch (optional)

How to make

The quinoa is washed and rinsed well. Then pour water in a ratio of 2:1, boil it and leave it boil on low heat for about 15 minutes.

During this time, the quinoa will swell and increase its volume by four times. The white grains of the quinoa will become transparent and a small circle will form around each one.

Add brown sugar, raisins and milk.
