How to make
Wash the millet very well.
Heat the coconut milk in a pot, add the millet and once it boils, cook over low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Add a little water, if necessary.
Add a pinch of salt and the coconut oil, stir, remove from the heat, cover and leave the breakfast porridge for 5-10 minutes.
Add the grated banana and stir. Add sugar or honey if desired.
