  • black pepper
  • for the topping
  • tuna fish - 1 tin (200 g)

measures

How to make

The cauliflower is grated or grinded in a blender. In a large pan (it is important that it has a wide diameter, not a deep one) heat the cauliflower. The goal is for it to release water and stay dry.

Stir at all times so it doesn't burn. Take it out and after it cools down a bit, add the egg and grated parmesan. Black pepper can be added for more flavor or another spice.

Pour the mixture on baking paper, by forming it in the shape of a pizza. It is baked until it acquires a golden crust.

Remove it from the oven. Arrange with the fish, peppers, tomato puree (at the bottom) and white cheese.

I didn't bake the avocado, I like it better when it is raw. Put it back in to bake and serve the dietary and delicious keto pizza hot.
