How to make

The cauliflower is washed well and grated very finely (can be with a grater, blender, or cold press juicer).

Then you need to separate the water from the grated cauliflower. It can be done with a cloth, by squeezing out the residue. The goal is to get a finely grated mixture with as little water as possible.

You put the mixture in a bowl, by adding as much salt as you like, crack 1 egg, oregano and garlic powder in the middle. Then grate the yellow cheese (hard yellow cheese is preferable) and mix, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Put baking paper in a tray and form the pizza base in it - 0.6″ (1.5 cm).

Put it in a preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes. The goal for it to obtain a brownish color.

Take it out and put the rest of the products, spread the base with the tomato puree and add the rest - ham, sausage, mushrooms, pepper (vegetables by taste).

Place it back into the oven for another 10 minutes. Take it out and grate the yellow cheese and place it back for about 5 minutes.

Enjoy!
