How to make
Chop the onion and dock. Heat the oil and fry the onions first, then add the dock and stir for 5-10 minutes. Then add salt to taste and black pepper.
Pour in water and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes until it evaporates. Then add the pre-whisked eggs and pre-crumbled feta cheese. Stir until the eggs harden and add the chopped parsley.
Remove from the heat and check its saltiness.
