How to make
Boil the beans and strain them (you can use canned beans). Mash them with a potato press and add finely chopped pepper, onion, parsley and spices.
Mix well and leave the mixture for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Line a tray with baking paper. Using a salad ring, shape the vegetable patties.
Spread them with oil and bake them at 390°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes.
Serve them with garnish and sauce of your choice.
The oven-baked bean patties are very tasty.
