How to make
In a bowl beat one egg, in a shallow dish pour the flour and in another - the breadcrumbs.
Boil the rice until it's ready. Strain it and leave it to cool and mix it with the finely chopped carrots, onions, dill and parsley.
Season with salt, black pepper and turmeric, or you can skip adding turmeric.
Add one egg, it is for soldering and stir to mix the products.
Rice balls are formed by hand and they are first rolled in flour, then in egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.
Arrange the rice patties onto baking paper and drizzle them with oil on top.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C), until they aquire a golden brown color and are fully baked.
Serve the oven-baked rice patties with an yogurt and garlic sauce!
