How to make
Heat the butter in a pan on the stove and add the rice. Stir until it fries, remove it from the fire and stir until it cools down. Boil the milk with the sugar and salt and mix it with the rice.
Put the mixture to come to a boil and stir non-stop for about 5 minutes after it boils. Then add the starch that you've dissolved in a little water and the lemon rind. Distribute the cooked rice into suitable containers or bake in a large baking dish in a preheated oven.
Serve sprinkled with cinnamon.
