How to make
Peel and clean the pumpkin, cut it into small pieces and put it to stew in a little water until completely soft.
Puree the finished pumpkin and add the sugar, egg yolks, chopped walnuts, milk, 2 tablespoons of butter, rusks and cinnamon to it.
Beat the egg whites into hard snow and mix them gently into the pumpkin mixture. Pour entire mixture into a greased tray and bake in a pre-heated moderate oven.
