How to make
Wash and cut the spinach and leeks. Then stew them in a pot with a little water for about 10 minutes on medium heat.
Then strain them in a colander and grind them along with the spices in a chopper.
Bake the whole potatoes in the oven. Peel them after baking and mash them.
Add the spinach mixture, two eggs, cream cheese and breadcrumbs to the mashed potatoes until you get a thick mixture for the patties. Also add the fat.
Make the vegetable patties, which are arranged in a baking tray on parchment paper and bake until done in an oven preheated to 360°F (180°C).
Serve with garlic sauce! Enjoy!
