How to make

The spinach is boiled, then strained and finely chopped, if it is frozen, it is defrosted beforehand.

The potatoes are also boiled, peeled and mashed. The cheese is grated.

Mix the potatoes, spinach, grated cheese, eggs, breadcrumbs and spices in a bowl.

Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained to make patties.

Form small spinach patties from the mixture, before putting in the heated oil or olive oil, if you choose to fry them in a pan or bake them in the oven, roll them nicely in breadcrumbs with a light pressure.

The thinner the patties, the faster and better they will be fried. When they turn golden, turn them over.

Once they are ready, leave them on kitchen paper in the plate to drain from the fat.

You can serve the spinach patties (pan-fried or oven-baked) for even greater enjoyment with delicious garlic sauce, which is mixed with yogurt, olive oil and crushed garlic or for a smoother consistency - with garlic powder. You can also add dill to the sauce for the delicious vegetable patties.

Enjoy!
