How to make
Wash the beans and place them a pot of cold water.
Boil them over high heat and 10 minutes after boiling, discard the water, wash them and add cold water again.
Add the fenugreek twig, bay leaf and oil, put them on low heat (if you put the beans on high heat, they will get mushy) to boil until the beans soften completely. Strain the beans and save the water.
Pour the frying oil into a pan and heat it up. Add the finely chopped onion and paprika, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and fry until the vegetables have completely softened.
Add the flour, mint and paprika in order, while stirring at all times.
Immediately pour the strained beans and stir everything well. Add from its own broth until the beans are covered with it.
Add as much salt and black pepper as you desire and place the baking pan in a preheated 390°F (200 degree) oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
