  • cooking cream - 7 fl oz (200 ml)
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • salt
  • butter - 2.5 oz (70 g)
  • universal spice
  • white pepper - ground
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp.

How to make

Defrost the green beans. Heat the butter in a deep frying pan and add the green beans.

Cover and cook until the green beans have completely softened. Stir occasionally.

Peel the garlic cloves and add them to the green beans. Season with salt, white pepper, and all-purpose seasoning.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes and add the cream.

Stir and cook until sauce thickens.

When serving, sprinkle with lemon juice.
