How to make
Clean and wash the green beans. In a deep frying pan, heat a cup of olive oil. Add the finely chopped garlic and a pinch of parsley. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the green beans.
Fry for another 5 minutes and make sure to stir them. Pour about 1 cup (200 ml) of warm water and place the lid on the pan.
Steam them on low heat until the beans soften or until they remain in the fat. Remove the steamed beans from the hob. Place them in a suitable serving dish.
Sprinkle them with dill and serve them as a side dish to roasted meat.
