How to make
Finely chop the onion and carrot. Put oil in a pan to heat it up and fry the onions first very lightly and after a few minutes, the carrots as well.
Wash the frozen beans slightly and put them in the pan with the vegetables. Sprinkle with salt, fry for about 5 minutes and pour the chicken broth over, just enough to cover the beans.
Cover with a lid and reduce the heat. Stir periodically. When the water evaporates, remove the lid, turn up the heat and fry for about 10 minutes.
