How to make
Clean the beans by cutting off the ends and washing them well. Blanch them in boiling salted water for 10 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold running water.
Pour them into the greased tray and add the chopped onions, garlic, carrots, peppers and the tomatoes, peeled beforehand. Sprinkle with paprika, salt, chopped dill and pour the olive oil in.
Slightly mix and top off with hot water, enough to cover the beans. Put the dish to bake until the water evaporates and the beans are left in just fat.
