How to make
Clean, wash and blanch the green beans in salted water for 5-6 minutes. Strain and leave them to cool.
Beat the eggs, milk and flour in a bowl.
Add the spices and finely chopped parsley.
Pour the flour for the breading into another bowl.
Roll the pods in the flour first, then in the egg mixture and drop them into the heated fat.
Fry, until they aquire a golden color, remove and place them onto kitchen paper.
Serve them with garlic sauce.
