How to make
Wash and clean the dock and spinach. Cut the vegetables and stew them in some of the butter.
Peel the potatoes and boil them until fully cooked. Cut them into pieces, add the green stuffing, cottage cheese, milk and the remaining butter. Season with salt.
Blend until a smooth, homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Serve the puree as a side dish.
The fluffy puree with dock and spinach is ready.
