Ingredients

  • spinach - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • potatoes - 3 - 4
  • butter - approximately 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • salt - to taste
  • vegetable spice - 1 tablespoon

How to make

Clean and blanch the spinach for about 5 minutes. Boil the potatoes and cut them into cubes, then season them with salt.

Add the butter and salt to the spinach and blend well. Season the spinach puree with the vegetable spice, add the crumbled feta cheese and mix.

Serve the boiled potatoes with the puree.
