How to make
Peel the sweet potatoes and carrots. Steam the sweet potatoes along with the peas and carrots.
In a deep bowl put the sweet potatoes, carrots and peas. Pour a little warm water.
To make the puree more tender, add a lump of butter.
Finally, season it with salt and black pepper.
It can be strained so that there are no pea scales left.
The sweet potatoes give a sweetness to the puree.
